| For every country, the most important and valuable thing is their Human
Resource. The main purpose of Child Development and Social Relationship
is to develop a normal human being into a Resourceful Human being. The
philosophy and idea is that proper care and guidance can ensure proper
development in every stage of our life. It also identifies our problems
of life (both individual and social) and influence us to choose the
right path for overcoming them. As because the subject enlightens us on exploring ourselves and helps us to identify our strengths and weakness, that’s why it gives us the magical key- with that we really can make a difference in our lives. Students having B. Sc (Hons.) & MS degree are expected to realize themselves and their responsibilities very confine and by managing all the ups and downs of their lives. They will know the way to open the door of success in every sectors of their lives both professional and personal. A huge area of professional choices are these for the students. These are- teaching, counseling, policy making working with NGO’s in different social issues ( early marriage, divorce, maternal and child health, child nutrition, IQ, mental health, exceptional child), Research works and various ECD programs. |

| The child is the future of the nation. They have got huge potential
expressing themselves which can be used for the welfare of the family,
society and the nation as a whole. This is our responsibility to help them developing their hidden potential. The Dept of Child Development and Social Relationship is working endlessly to achieve this goal. Therefore the objectives of B. Sc (Hons.) & M. S. course are- - To bring up the child in such a manner so that he/she can lead a successful healthy life. - To build the family as a resource center for the society. - Gain proper understanding of child development and child safety for different developmental hazards. - Understand and solve different issues on child development with their up coming problems. - Conduct Survey, Researches, Studies, Seminar in related areas to enhance their potentials. - Be able to run child development centers and maintain liaison with similar other organization in the country. - Participate in different policy making issues decisions in child related areas of various Government and Non Government organizations. - Can serve these GoS and NGO’s. - Work as developmental therapist in hospitals clinics and other organizations. - Be able to handle successfully teacher-student relationship, relationship with pears, and all over institutional environment with their knowledge of guidance principles. | Colleted From website of College Of Home Economics, Azimpur |
